I'm exhausted!

I've been working a lot this month, it's hard because I'm not that glad at my job as i used to be. It's become a place of chaos. It's always really busy at work, no one has time for real service, and no one knows about the rules - It's so hard keeping track of all the information. I'm not sure whether it's because we've been a bigger company, or it's just because of a lot of new things they are trying out, but in the end it's really hard and I'm considering to quit, but I'm not sure what to do at this moment.
